Our Story

We’re a small, independent team of RICS-accredited surveyors based in Cheltenham, covering the beautiful Cotswolds and surrounding areas. We’ve inspected everything from honey-stone cottages tucked into quiet villages, to elegant Georgian terraces and brand-new builds. We know the quirks, the charm, and the potential pitfalls of properties in this area like the back of our hand. We serve homeowners, buyers, and property investors.
