RICS LEVEL 2 HOME SURVEY

Implemented and recommended for conventional ‘modern’ properties, (built from 1920s onwards), that are deemed in reasonable condition.
A Level 2 survey provides a concise and intermediate level of detail within the report. It includes a thorough visual inspection of the property’s readily accessible parts and highlights any significant defects or urgent repairs and advice on on-going maintenance issues upon completion of purchase.
RICS LEVEL 3 BUILDING SURVEY

The most comprehensive survey, ideal for older, larger, or uniquely constructed properties (built prior to 1919). This in-depth report provides a detailed assessment of the property’s overall condition, covering all accessible elements of the structure, both internally and externally. Which includes a thorough investigation into any defects and an analysis of their likely causes.
